Soup is liquid gold that we serve hot on those cold chilly days. Traditionally soups were classified in two groups , clear soups and thick soups. Today we are telling you about some thick yummy soups.
When we make our soups they are thick and similar to a stew , with just a little more broth then a stew.
Little know facts – There is evidence of the existence of soup dating back to 20,000 BC. The word soup can from French soupe (“soup , broth “) , which comes from Vugar Latin suppa (“bread soaked in broth”) from a Germanic source.
